Base of Grandmother Milli’s homemade organic chicken stock with organic chicken, matzo ball, poblano peppers, jalapenos peppers, anaheim peppers, tomatillos, cilantro, onions, pickled onions & lots of dill

 

The Main show: 

 

The Brisket Taco (DF)

Braised oven-roasted kosher brisket, cilantro, onions, pickled onions, radish, pomegranate seeds, salsa roja, salsa verde, served on a Sonora flour tortilla

Poblano Con Queso Taco (V)

Aged manchego cheese, fire-roasted local poblano peppers, grilled onions, served in a Sonora flour tortilla 

 

 

To complement: 

 

Mexican street corn Ensalada (GF)  

Golden corn, cherry tomatoes, peppery radishes, cilantro, lime, scallions, cotija cheese 

 

 

To close: 

 

Traditional Black & white Jewish cookie with a spicy twist of Mexican cinnamon and pistachios
